Sluggish
I purchased this item in November 2019 and it sat under the Christmas tree until New Years. I began using it onFebruary 9th 2020. It is very sluggish, even when it isn't under any kind of load and gets more so with a small load. I have another, much older (15 years old) machine that is dying, so I got another for backup. The old one still sounds better than this one and has more pep. I think something is wrong with this one. Amazon return time has expired.
