Q: Will this fit for oral b kids toothbrush frozen?

Yes. My daughter had an Oral B Finding Dory and it fit fine.

Q: Will these fit the oral b floss action toothbrush? The 20$ one at Walmart?

Works perfect, my son likes that he can choose right color he wants.

Q: Do these get moldy easily like the oral B heads?

I don’t find either to get moldy. These work well and my son likes the colors. He’s aware he has to shake off the tooth brush with a couple of gentle taps on the side of the sink after rinsing the head before putting it back. I’m not sure if that’s the reason we don’t have a mold issue but if I were in your shoes I’d definitely reach out to oral b, and give these a try. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful, best of luck!
