Fold it like a Taco until the edges touch. Then it should pretty much fold itself.

Yes. ok... let's clarify this a bit. The inside spring disk is translucent and the other 4 options are part of the zippered cover that can turned inside out for the other options. So, technically... you can use the disc and free hold the cover separately and get a double use out it if needed
