I've been suffering through the taste of this for 6 days now. I'm ill, I often have 0 energy, it's all I can do to keep the household fed, cleaning, well that doesn't happen much. I add this because I'm probably noticing a definite increase in my energy because I have so little of it, which make a small increase more noticeable. I know the studies say you have to wait 4-6 weeks for results but I'm noticing them right away. Now, while I'm not doing a ton of cleaning I have the energy to maintain the house on most days, which is wonderful. Generally, I have horrible brain fog, like I can't remember a few hours ago, it's humiliating. The other day I saw someone I hadn't seen in years, I remembered her name, her promotion, and all sorts of other things. My brain isn't back to normal but at least it's not embarrassing. I started filling capsules and giving them to my 93 year old mom who got sick and took a nose dive on energy, understanding sentences, etc. Today she got out of bed with no problem, that's been a fight. She's able to converse with me. It's just a huge change in a short amount of time. I'm guessing we'll continue to get results for the next month or two. Basically, I'm saying you probably won't notice the improvement at first if you're healthier but give it time because this stuff works! *******Initial Review******of Bacopa Extract Powder First the good, granted I only received this yesterday, 10/10, so, it could be a coincidence, but I have more energy today. I hope it's real because I really need some energy just to make it through the day. When I opened the bag I was pleased because it smelled like tea and I thought finally something that will taste good. Nope totally wrong, I can't say what it taste like but it may give me grimace lines. I say this as someone who drinks most of my vitamins. I can deal with the taste of almost any of them. I'll give this one a week, for my taste buds to get used to it but this might be something going into a capsule.

Mental capacity is greatly enhanced when I take this product as recommended. Bitter taste, but worth it! I am also giving it to my 90-year-old mother who is suffering from age related reduced cognition. She is acting more alert and feels overall much better. I also have her on shilajit and lions mane.

This is the second time I have ordered this bacopa. It worked very well in reducing my anxiety, but has done nothing for my memory. The second bag tastes very different from the first bag, and I would like to know why. Is it a different strength, or is it mixed with something? I think I will order from a different company the next time to compare the flavor and maybe get some better brain results.

Looking forward to starting this up again, it's been over a year since I took it last and I'm not sure why I ever stopped but it has really nice nootropic & cognitive benefits when taken habitually typically after a month of use is where it's most noticable. Worth taking and I'll rpobably update this after a month or so, appreciation to the company for making this accessible!

I add this to my coffee. I've worked out that 1/8th of a teaspoon is the right dose for me. I weigh ~200 LBS. Your mileage may vary and at the very least you need measuring spoons to measure this product as it is highly concentrated. That being said, it does have a good stimulant effect which is not caffeine. I know this because I drink a lot of coffee. It has a slow kick but it does work and it does make my cognitive functions work better. The flavor is okay. It tastes like over sauteed or browned onions. It mixes well with coffee. Personally, I take 1/8th teaspoon measure of this product with Bulksuppliments Ginseng 1/8th teaspoon measure with my morning coffee. It takes it's time to kick in but it is great.

Worthwhile product. I finished a bag of this around 7 weeks ago and have missed it. Here is a thing with natural products like this one... they vary. Each batch is different. And.. that is how it is. You'll see reviews saying how awful tasting this is. That last batch -I agreed. Beyond imagination. Not this time. Not at All. This is like malt. Very mild. It's not nearly as potent either.. way of initial impact so I can't help feeling disappointed. I only needed ~1/5 the 500mg label dose the last time as is true with most things for me. I feel I'm going to need more for the stress tonic impact alone but I will say that after the first run.. last night, with a slight amt. increase, I was calmer today (many hours later) at a time when I am anything but calm. So guys.. it is working, but differently. I just got it though so I'll edit if necessary. The cognitive benefits I observed before can take 6 weeks or so with daily use. It came last time right away, faded quickly, then came back more gradually around that 6 week point when mentally, I was just functioning better on all counts. Many other factors may apply. This is my replacement for lions mane (apparent allergy). Given the circulatory and other benefits, I lucked out to find such a worthy replacement (it's better imo) So I hope that continues and with some adjustment I think it will.
