SAS Women's, Duo Sandal

My 10? 15? year old SAS sandals are finally so worn out they're embarrassing to wear in public. These are just as comfortable for my picky, wide feet, with bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and other problems. Only shoes I can wear all day long without orthotics. So glad SAS still makes a quality leather sandal in many widths with a well cushioned and supportive footbed.

This is my third pair of SAS shoes. They all fit well and still after six years my first pair is going strong. This particular pair is beautiful.. The color is a shiny bronze leather with gold buckles. SAS sets the standard for comfortable long wearing shoes. I have one con and that is when I walk the arch of my foot Connects with the inner soul of the shoe in such a way that it makes a funny, slightly rude sound. But I’m sure this will go away with more wear.

I have been for YEARS looking for a casual, but feminine, QUALITY LEATHER women's sandal with BUCKLES (not velcro!) that's comfortable and attractive like I used to be able to get growing up! I'm in my mid 40s and want something classic and simple, but I need the comfort and want the style. This sandal is it!!! I lOVE it!!! I bought some Worishofer sandals last year that I didn't really like the looks of and the comfort was just okay and the buckle broke after only maybe 20 times wearing it! (For around the $80 I paid for them, I did NOT expect that!) I hope these SAS hold up- the brand used to signify quality when I was a child, so I hope it still does! :)

A friend recommended these sandals as I have plantar fasciitis. She said they are so well padded that they helped her feet. They are extremely comfortable and look great!

Somewhat disappointed with these sandals. They are super wide, even though I ordered a medium. They also make my size 9 feet look really big!They are very comfortable, but not as cute as they look in the picture. I think if you have really small feet they will look good, but they accentuate big feet.

What can I say? They are SAS and extremely comfortable and well made. I expect they will last for 10 years, just as my previous SAS sandals have. If you haven't bought SAS before, go to an expensive store which sells them, try them on to know your exact size, then order here.

This is the third pair of these sandals that I have purchased. Two were acquired more at least fifteen years ago (a pair in black and a pair in white.) I live in the city and do a lot of walking on hard surfaces so they have taken a lot of punishment over the years and are still more than serviceable. I bought this pair to replace the white sandals, only because they are beginning to look shabby. In general, I have found that my SAS shoes are the most comfortable and most durable of any shoes that I have owned. When these sandals arrived, I began wearing them immediately. They required no "break-in" time whatsoever. I put them on in the morning and completely forgot that I was wearing new shoes - they were that comfortable. I am wedded to discounts and coupons; I rarely purchase anything without some kind of promotion. SAS shoes are the exception. I paid full price and, based on my previous experience, they will be worth it.

I love these shoes! They are so unbelievably comfortable and the color is so cute. I get compliments often. I had to give four instead of five stars because they are wearing out rather quickly. I hope they make it through the summer!Edited to add that I still think the shoes are extremely comfortable, but they are falling apart and super worn out after less than two months, so I have to say I'm a little disappointed. They aren't cheap enough to just buy another pair.
