Great Alkaline Water Machine!
I ordered this machine 2 weeks ago. I have been using it since then, and i am really pleased with results! love my alkaline water and the Hydrogen Water. Also i can wash all my vegetables in this water and it takes out all the chemicals from fruits and vegetables! So far so good! I have also bought 2 more filters so i can use it for a long time since i need to replace them. The only thing i would change is the music. Is there any way to take it off? Besides that I am very happy with my purchase! Worth the money

Disappointed
The item had some visible scratches upon opening. The directions do not go with this product. I basically watched enough “how to install” videos to grasp the concept of how to install. I had to rig the hose to be able to fit over the water spout. Water leaked from the faucet even after unscrewing and redoing all over again. I had to rig a plastic bag over the faucet so water wouldn’t be all over the place. I ordered an electronic PH scale to test the water. The PH never changed. I also ordered the PH drops to see if the electronic PH scale was wrong or if the machine isn’t working properly. No customer service. I plan to try this one more time before returning. As of 48 hrs into having this product I am very displeased and would not recommend this product.

I like that the machine is he eating and then he surprised me with all the water that I need I don't have to buy it any more. What most important alkaline machine it great

I returned it after Hours trying to make it wokr
Very hard to put together, no instructions and it leaked so I returned it immediately. Still waiting for my refund!
