After researching the various daylight lamps on Amazon and just not really being impressed by more of them, despite the good reviews, I happened to come across this lamp. The price was quite a bit higher then any of the others but I really liked the more intelligent features and of course the very visually pleasing look. I bought it with some hesitation with the cost being so much higher then other lamps but as soon as it arrived and I used it I knew for certain that I'd made the right choice. It's just so much more pleasing and calming to look at then all the lamps that look like computer tablets, so even when it is not turned out, it still brings a smile to my face. The light settings are also great and the light is perfectly even and uniform. It is much brighter and casts it's light over a far wider range then all the little tablet ones, which is just great. I've found that it is also very versatile. I can use it as a lamp for taking photos as it provides a clean, color-correct light that allows me to not have to do color corrections in post. It does have one thing to be aware of. Not necessarily a problem, but good to know in advance- The stand for the light angles it upwards so it has to be placed lower then where you are sitting or laying to project it's light the best. But for a daylight lamp, having the light come shining down from above you would be better. The top surface of the light is flat enough that you can just set it upside down to get the nicer angle. But since it's not designed to be used that way, you have to be really careful that it won't fall over as it would likely break. I intend on getting a friend to 3D print a bracket/stand that will allow my to have it set upside down, but with no risk of falling.

I really love this lamp for the design, quality, durability, and it helps to give me enough light during gloomy days.

On gray/cloudy days I use this light in the morning while drinking coffee. Its my understanding that people with seasonal affective disorder should use a light like this as soon as possible after waking up. For me, 30 minutes of exposure is generally perfect. I can feel my mood lifting almost immediately. I place the lamp about an arms length from me slightly off to the side and just chill out and sip my coffee. It really helps keep me motivated for the rest of the day. For this I am grateful. Be well. Pros: Remote allows for wide range of customization. Light is extremely attractive and organic. Very light weight and easily moved around the house. Well constructed and finished. Worth the price. I highly recommend this light. The volume of light produced is fabulous. Its not intense like a spotlight but rather soft, bright and space filling. Its like brain candy. ;} Seriously! Cons: None noted. But be aware, it's about the size of a dinner plate in diameter and perhaps five inches thick and it has a biggish footprint. Perhaps keep that in mind if space is limited. A smaller light would likely perform similarly and could be stashed away more easily. I keep mine out because its so attractive.

I love this light. I’ve had it a few years now and moved, shipping it across an ocean, and haven’t had any issues with it. The light therapy is better quality than my other lights. It’s set up in my office and I use it most days in the winter. I find it makes a big difference in my day.

I love this because it blends in with the decor. Seems bright enough, but I wish the description were more clear about the brightness at different distances. Most medical therapy lamps will say the strength at 6, 12, or 18". The remote is also little glitchy. I hope this company can make these improvements because it's the only therapy light on the market that I've found that actually looks pretty!

This is an all around EXCELLENT and solid product. I have used many sunlights and this one is by far the most well designed and the most pleasant for home aesthetics. I keep getting compliments about how cool it looks. I can tell a lot of thought and care went into the engineering. I have incorporated using this light to coincide with the direction of the sunrise for morning sun salutations. I have been using it every day since I received it and I have had noticeably higher energy and optimism. I highly recommend this sunlight for anyone who is looking to incorporate light therapy into their lifestyle. The light itself works perfectly. It has a great temperature range that I can quickly adjust depending on the time of day and how I am feeling. The night lamp mode is an awesome feature and works as a cool mood setter. It reminds me of a moon. The remote works great! The remote is one of the best features of this product. It is very responsive. I was pleasantly surprised when I experienced how fast you can dial down the brightness and color temperature. You can hold down the buttons and it responds fluidly. It is responsive and it works perfectly. :) It’s so easy to lose black remotes and electronics so these days I put colored tape and bright cases on black electronics just so I don’t lose them. I love how it is a white remote and distinctly stands out from other remotes. I love how lightweight the overall fixture is but at the same time it feels durable and solid. I can’t emphasize enough how excellent the engineering and design is on this product. It would look very cool in your home or yoga studio.

We bought this light because we have read in the past of light therapy treatment in countries of Northern Europe. I feel as do members of my family that the declining sunlight of late fall and winter does effect us. First of all this light fixture is beautifully designed. It looks like a finely crafted work of art that can blend into your room decor with ease. It is that attractive. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into crafting its design. The unit is very easy to use with a long electric cord and thumb switch that gets you up and running right away. The remote control is very easy to use and to program. With the remote you can change the warmth of the light and the brightness of the light to better suit your needs and your mood. The light is soft and diffused so that you do not have the feeling you are staring into a bright bulb. Quite the opposite. With just a few uses, you can feel the positive effect this lamp will have on you. With the sun setting early (well before 5 pm where we live), I turn on the lamp and it extends our day. We have noticed the positive effect on our mood and our well being. We are fans of the product and honestly give it our recommendation.

This is the perfect, aesthetic, 10,000 lux lamp. I wake up before the sun comes up to row, and this is great for getting that light on your face first thing. The brightness is ideal and can be adjusted, as well as the warmer or cooler the tone. Functional and beautiful - 10/10 would recommend!
