Manufacturing variation problems.
A great looking light but we ordered 4, and 2 are built completely different (stepping up right to left instead of left to right), and the gap between each step varies from light to light, meaning the pattern on the ceiling isn't a perfect circle and is cut. On top of that, the wall fittings varied between lights, some of them being a bracket, some of them being a flat single screw. In one package, the instructions showed a completely different fitting to the light. Maybe they're getting new manufacturers but with our 4 lights it's a shame they don't all work the same. Also can't find a number to call Innori to ask about this as I don't want to return them if there's no solution, but I'd rather have 4 identical lights with a perfect pattern. Pity - could be fabulous.
