As a dancer and hairstylist I will never use Bobby pins again. In this set, you get so many of both large and small. The only drawback is that sometimes they shed the paint on the metal.

These are the best bobby pins out there ! Unlike the basic ones you buy in store, these hold forever! I have pretty thick hair and have used the basic bobby pins you get at like target and they didn’t hold for nearly as long as these do ! I was so amazed at the end of my work shift that these had stayed firmly in place, and they’re at a great price point for the quality ! The different sizes is very convenient for the different hair amount you are trying to hold, and they’re very sturdy ! I’ve used the exact same bobby pin about 5 times already and by now, other bobby pins would have got chipped already or not stretched back into place but these are perfectly in tact ! IN LOVE, definitely buy these over any other bobby pins, they are 110% worth it <3

I don’t use these for my hair. However, they are perfect for tacking down long strands of potted plants onto the soil so they will send out roots. They last a long time. This is my second purchase—I use them a lot. The different sizes are handy—you can match the length of the pin to the depth of the pot.

I bought these by accident but I am so glad I did. I have long, thin hair and regular bobby pins don't always hold it in place and then I have to redo them all the time. With these hair pins I can tuck any wisp of hair away. It's great for pinning my bangs back when I have a ponytail. And when I do a bun, I can tuck in any shorter bits really easily without affecting the overall shape. I've never used hair pins before but I am converted. they really are non damaging. I find them less painful than any other method of barrette or slide because these pins distribute the weight over a wider section of my scalp. I also feel like I could pull off a really soft elegant updo with these pins and that it would actually last. How to use.... I take a piece of hair, twist it if I want to and then place the section between the pins. I place it where I want it to go and slide the pin in sideways. Another way to do it is by flipping it over completely and securing it back into the original section of hair - this creates additional volume and poof, something I need... Because they don't disturb the rest of the hair there's no need to worry that they will cause other curls of hair to poke out. They're so easy to use I can refresh my hair do without a mirror. My only qualm is, i wish they were available in brown. The pins are pretty much invisible once you slide them in but still, i couldn't find a brown version and that would work better with my hair colour.

My daughter is in dance and let me just tell you getting a perfect bun for competitions without fear a pin will come flying out is extremely important! I got these and was amazed at how just a few of these would hold it securely where as other bun pins were flimsy and just didn’t seem to hold as well. My only complaint is I wish they had these in brown and didn’t really need the smaller ones. I will for now on use these for updos for dance competitions!! She has very long hair and use these with the donuts.
