Uncomfortable at first, great once you get used to them
If you're someone with sensitive feet like myself, these will likely be a pretty harsh and uncomfortable wear for a day or two when you first get them. You do get used to them, and they do become very comfortable eventually. My suggestion for people who find them uncomfortable at first is to wear socks, and then transition to bare feet.

Whether or not you believe in reflexology, you will like the way these slides stimulate the nerves in your feet. I wear them a couple of times a day. They feel good.

They aren't like the picture not as spikey as the pic slimmer and not made like the old style I hate these!!!!!!!!!
