Cannot get replacement polishing heads
Would give it a 5 star if I could find replacement brushes. They don’t exist. So once your brushes start to break down, you have to buy another machine. We own a wine bar and use this thing a lot. Replacement parts should be easy to find, but they’re not. Buyer beware....

New or Refurbished?
The heating fan did not work. Additionally, there was an incorrect screw (roundhead versus flathead -- pictured) on the side of the machine indicating it was previously fixed or refurbished even though I bought it new. CPI (Campus Products) is a Canadian company. It is virtually impossible to get a human on the phone or a timely callback when leaving a message. I would bet this company is going out of business because they can't seem to complete orders. Beware.

Works well. Compact.
This polisher is the perfect size for our operation. The only challenge is keeping the polishers damp enough to polish the glasses. Since we wash ours in a dishwasher, they're not as wet as when them come straight out of the sink.
