Waste of Money
Everything in this book can be found on Dharma Trading’s website and all the “projects” are found in a larger book by the same author called “Totally Awesome Tie-Dye” which is basically the same price with way more patterns. Get that book instead and definitely don’t waste your money buying this. I’m so mad but it was under $10 so a return seems pointless

They loved it, and tried many of them
I lead a craft class at a youth camp this summer. We did two tie-dye projects, a pillowcase and a t-shirt. I took this book, to show the kids all the different ways they could try it. They loved it, and tried many of them. All the projects came out great, and the kids said they wanted me to come back next year and do a whole week of just tie-dye. It was a hit!!(Camper's ages were 3rd to 6th grade.)

Don't waste your money
Terrible book! More like a pamphlet. Returned it.

Run fast... not what you want or need
Not a “book” - a 20 page pamphlet. And far fewer “designs” than it states when you consider that many are simply color variations of the same basic design

good info but not comprehensive resource I hoped for
Though a pretty helpful resource, this is much less than what I expected. Its just a printed booklet. Not a great buy at this price.

Don’t waste your money
You can find all these patterns on the internet, no reason to spend money on the book.

The pictures in the book were great and I would say inspiring
I haven't tried making anything from the book but I read through it and the techniques were spelled out very well. The pictures in the book were great and I would say inspiring. I can't wait to give it a try. I made a tie-dye shirt many many years ago and I wore it out. I loved it but it didn't hold a candle to the lovely shirts in the book. I wish I had this book way back then. I am so glad I got it, it's not a big book but a good price for all the information and pictures it has. In my opinion, this is a great buy.

Good little book
I bought the kindle version. It works great on my iPad.As it says on the cover, 20 designs to tie dye. All are achievable and well explained. It was nice to see a taster of shibori, and some ideas for quilting fabrics as well. Not a large book, but if you want tie dye basics and some easy patterns it’s a great little reference book.

Great, thanks!
I bought this as a gift alongside a dye kit from the same brand and my sister, whom I gifted it to, really liked that she had something to help guide her on a hobby she wanted to try. It's only a thin A4ish size booklet made from thick glossy paper type material but it looked as if it had a lot of ideas in there to try.
