Well made product..wasnt for me

Once you figure out how to put it on I liked it. There were no instructions. Also the splint likes to pop out.

How do you use this thing?
Came with very unclear instructions. Can't use it.

Foot arch support
It's lightweight and comfortable. The con is it is difficult to adjust the metal bar to get it to fit correctly. It does offer some help.

Comfortable to sleep in
I have had both feet plantar released, and achiles tear repair and a second release of plantar done in the past 4 years. I know my splints and I know fewr issues. As far as night splints go, this may be the most comfortable splint I own. It is not bulky, hard or uncomfortable. It applies light pressure to help stretch the plantar. I do not find myself clawing at it in the middle of the night to release tension or free my feet from it. I actually kept it on all night! Its more of a natural placement than a hyper flexed.I recommend it! Its small, comfortable and does not pull your foot unnaturally.
