Is this ink waterproof after it dries?

I don't know if It advertises as waterproof , but you can do color resist using it. You stamp your stamp with Versamark and put on paper and allow to dry or heat dry. Smudge ink on it and wherever you used Versamark will remain clear. So basically yes it is.
