The product is in perfect working order. The case is of decent quality and everything fits nicely within the case. My only gripes with the product is there are scratches on the light stands, which from looking at the way they were packaged, most likely caused by being tossed around during shipping. Also the product was missing pieces. The tension screw to lock the tripod part of the light stand is missing. Also the directions instruct you to loosen and tighten wing nuts to secure the bar for the backdrop. Not a big deal to go pick up a box of wing nuts but would have been nice to know that was a needed accessory to securely fasten the rod to the supports.

I am not a pro, and I don't think a pro will buy this anyway, light weith, comes with all you need to set up a simple studio, stands are not pro grade, so do not expect to beat on this for months or years. this is for light casual use only. but it gets the job done.

I ordered a new kit, everything was exactly the way I expected it to be. The only thing I didn't realize before ordering is that the backdrops go on like a curtain rod (sliding through a top flap), I thought I needed to order clamps, glad I was wrong.

Overall a good set up, but the back drops that come with it are very wrinkled, and the light bulbs aren't bright enough to reduce backdrop shadow.

good starter kit for what it's worth. The stands could be a little more sturdy but it is lightweight and easy to carry.

Great set really, especially for the price, but the poles would keep sliding down - my hubby had to put longer ones in but it works like a charm now!

I order the product knowing it was used. The web page advertised it was as good as new. Unfortunately, one piece that holds the muslin support stand together is broken so basically it is useless. When I notice the problem I already have everything else set to record the video so I had to improvise to set the muslin stand. I thought the product will have a couple scratchs here and there, but not that a vital piece will be broken. Not good.

Works great for both still photography and videography.It is easy to assemble and quick to take down. It's not as wide as most backdrops, but it does just fine!
