Nice Light
Lights up my outdoor area very nicely and efficiently using only 13 watts. The blinking when starting mentioned in the other review is the nature of a 2 pin plug in fluorescent and not a defect in the fixture, and it only lasts 2-3 seconds, not 10. Since mine is on a photocell, after the brief blinking when starting it burns steadily and brightly all night.

Looks can be deceiving
The light looks just like the picture but when you turn it on it blinks for about ten seconds trying to start.
