I really wanted to like this phone mount, but Initially I didn’t. The first one I had charged the phone and then randomly disconnected . The supplier suggested it might have been inconsistent power, but even when plugged into a wall socket I still had the same issue. This led to the following:The automatic grip arms release randomly whilst driving along dumping the phone in the footwell.The work around was to power up the mount and then disconnect it once the phone was mounted.Not exactly hitting its design intent but at least keeps the phone in the mount.However, a replacement unit was sent out and this works flawlessly.Only issue being the need to have power to the charger to release the phone.The good bit is the security of the mount to the window. Can’t fault this, very secure.So only 4 stars as I did need a replacement, however this was dealt with within a couple of days.

The most annoying product I have ever purchased, technically works as described however spits my phone out every time I go over a bump in the road due to the electronic clasp

Good for the most part, stuck for about 20 minutes, came back to the car to find it dangling and wouldn’t stick for any longer than 5 seconds after that. Have had to now put it on the air vent which isn’t really what I wanted to do

I purchased this in March 2019, and used the arm attached to the very small side glass in a Prius. It worked flawlessly , (although I did on occasions have to re-tweak the tightening mechanism) until today. I was driving to work, and whilst on the M25, the whole thing fell off and caused a mild panic mid lane-change.The issue appeared that the tacky stuff on the suction cup holder must have 'melted' over the last couple of days while we happened to have a bit of rare sun in the UK, and the tacky stuff turned to a kind of really sticky jelly. This has not only rendered the entire thing useless, but also I have a really nasty mess left on the glass which I will need to use some proper solvent remover for which is hugely annoying.Disappointed to say the least...

Fantastic product. The fact the arms open with the cars ignition is a nice touch. Very well made and sturdy, has been stuck on my windscreen for months now and hasn’t become loose.It’s hard to review the charging power as I use it when using my phones sat nav so that eats my power even whilst charging. But I’d definitely recommend this item

Product was good in the beginning but soon after started hanging a bit because of weakness in the suction system, there is too much gap in suction rubber and plastic behind it that's supposed to keep it rigid.Now it keeps pausing wireless charging I have tried charging with or without phone cover but the same result. I don't see an option to return or replace it in Amazon. I am very disappointed.

It is an alright charger, but nothing to write home about. It's over-engineered and non-intelligent, but does the job. Though, recently the hot weather melted the suction pad and thus need to find a new one...
