Bike rack works great, it doesn't touch the frames, easy on and off. I use it with my 2017 F150 truck and it works slick, we have various bike tire sizes and it is quick and easy to change it for different tire sizes 24, 26, 29, I usually am hauling a 29"er, two 24" youth bikes, and a Weehoo turbo single wheel bike trailer, I can get all of it loaded/unloaded in just a minute without messing with tools, knobs, or straps. The only two complaints I have are when its not being used; if I fold it up on the truck, it kill visibility out the back (but its a 4 bike rack after all, so to be expected), and second is that it is a beast to move around/store when it is off the truck. Overall I am super satisfied and look forward to many more years of use.

Very sturdy bike rack. Easy to assemble, but a lot of packaging! Also very heavy and requires a few tries to get the rack into your hitch, probably need to take a breather or two in between on a hot summer day.Some quirks with my GMC Yukon. The metal screw pin that screws through the hitch has a plastic end with nubs so you can manually screw it in. Well, those nubs are really big, and there isn’t enough clearance between the hole pin and the car, so those nubs bump into the car and cannot be turned. I had to trim the nubs down manually in order to make it able to turn. Otherwise it worked great. Carried bikes on a 600 mile road trip securely.

This item comes in 2 big boxes. Mine came with 1 of 2 packages only. The seller said the warehouse forgot to ship to ship the other box which I found it unbelievable. I had to wait another week.All in all this bike rack is a beast! I have 4 heavy EBikes and they all sit comfortably on the rack. No more back pains. The only big problem now is putting it on and off the vehicle. The rack is about 100 lbs by itself. Aligning the rack to the hitch of the vehicle from the back of the rack as you carry the full weight of it is a freaking nightmare.

The INNO INH142 came in 2 big boxes. I was happy all the parts were packed impeccably, no wasted space- Utilizing the cardboard to stage your rack on the ground is perfect for the driveway install. Tools were supplied and and keys for the lock and simple instructions. Pay attention to the tray markings, left and right. Opening them one at a time and install, completing 1 tray at a time. There is one ride-side tray that's branded in chrome, "INNO". I chose to mount that tray at the top... your preference though-I love the way the rack is canted upward to give more clearance on uneven driveways- Plus the rack has 3 different positions to lock in place to get to the back of your car or SUV, not including the rack in it's stow-away position. The rack only touches the bike tires, so no clamping on forks or the frame, especially if you have a beautiful carbon bike... It's approved to 60 lbs. a bike, so it's E-Bike rated!Great quality! Ease of install with bolts line right up and all Allen wrench tools supplied for a straightforward install. You can literally load and unload each bike in 10 seconds! Matte black color looks great and the design/style is perfect for our family of 4 bikes! Highly recommend for all kinds of bikes and sizes!
