nice book
This book gave clear and exact data about nourishments that reason aggravation. The formulas are intriguing and look scrumptious. They are fast and simple to peruse and pursue. A lot of formulas for vegans and meat eaters. I am particularly enamored with that Mediterranean fish serving of mixed greens. Yummy!

It's OK
The book itself is OK...just depends on your likes and dislikes of particular foods. I found maybe 5 or 6 recipes I might try, but most of them use ingredients that I do not like. I wasn't so much interested in specific recipes as in what foods that I already like and how to make them.

Poor food recommendations
Total waste of my money. Recommended 3 servings of whole wheat bread a day. Anyone with with an inflammatory condition has to watch for gluten and GMOs

The book includes brief explanation on what caused inflammation. It should be enough for people who does not require the details. The recipes are attractive too. It is a good starting point for trial.
