Love this made in USA (Mississippi) product! Only slight issue is that all the materials do not match exactly. Numbers and letters reflect well and love the flag that came with it. Pre-assembled and easy to install.

I am very happy with this product. It looks great and is very visible, even at night. The only complaint I have is that I had a hard time getting the top into the pole once I had it in the ground. Once I got it in, it looks great and I don't have to worry about it coming out but my son and I both struggled to get it in at all. Overall, I'm very happy with this sign and purchase.

Hands down gorgeous! BUT the numbers were not pressed down and placed perfectly where the edges are lifted so who knows how long it will last. Also have some bubbling.. It does not go into ground easily at alllll.. We tried to hammer it down into ground and didnt even put a dent in it but it sure did dent up the top where we tried to hammer to get into ground.. Maybe its meant for just grassy land.. We will have to cement it into the ground one day.. The lettering for the address was perfect!! For whatever reason just the address number stickers did not adhere perfectly like the street lettering. Beautiful product but needs some tweaking to get 5stars..
