They're inexpensive. I purchased my set in an airport--knowing my airline wouldn't have any earphones. Sure enough they didn't. BUT, these came with a one-size (does not) fit all earbud. They were uncomfortable and they hurt. I liked the function of the earbuds--and the ease of charging. I lost one of the earbuds on the flight home...don't know where to buy replacement ear-buds (or different size). I contacted the company and asked if I could purchase some replacement ear-pieces. They sent me a replacement of the ENTIRE set of earphones in 3 days time. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEVER SEE ANYMORE. I don't find these earbuds to be the most comfortable, but they get 5 stars because of their customer service!!! THANK YOU!!!
