This is a lovely designed toaster (bought with the matching kettle) that looks expensive and totally at home in my partners kitchen. It would have got five stars had it not been for the fact that the drop slider failed and refused to lock down after a very short period of time. That said, when I contacted Amazon they arranged to send out a replacement straight away and provided a returns label for the faulty one to be returned...simply first class customer service! I'm pleased to report that the second one is working perfectly so far and long may it continue. My girlfriend is totally delighted with both!

Looks great in the kitchen and compliments the kettle.One of the slots has very low heat and I need to turn the toast over to toast the other side.

Looks great and trusted brand. The slots for bread are not long enough so have to bit bread in twice!A bit disappointing

Good value

The last toaster I had was a cheapo job and lasted several years. This one has broken after only 8 months. Rubbish

I already had the red De'Longhi kettle and wanted to add the red toaster. It was an absolute bargain from the Amazon Warehouse. The slots are a little small for the bread we like - but I find that's true of most toasters.

Good two slice quick toaster only gripe a little bit small to fit bread in landscape

Unfortunately I returned kettle and toaster as the cabling and plug were black and the goods were white. Not aesthetically pleasing in a white kitchen Suggest colour of cabling and plug are mentioned or photos. This would reduce disappointment and returns
