Very quiet..

Fragile poor fit of glass cover
I've purchased your ceiling fan FN433XX, because of COVID I've waited for an electrician to connect it, the fan is however I've followed your instructions and held the glass bowl in place whilst turning by finger tip each holding screw one turn, the rubber band around the bowl is in a fixed position and varies in distance from the lip of the bowl so doesn't line up with the screw holes, I've taken photos to show what I mean, you can see the marks on the band that show where the screw touches the top of the band making contact with the glass, as the glass is very thin it has cracked even though the screws are barely in. I'm not happy, what can I do?

Noisy and wobbly
As another reviewer stated, it's very wobbly and noisy at every speed. Paid £180 to get this fitted by an electrician. Now going to have to pay to have it unfit.
