When the bag is folded to the middle size as a shoulder bag, the size is 30CM high (11.8 in). When the bag is totally extended to the big size as a shopping cart, the size is 65CM high. When you do not need it, you can fold it to the smallest size just lying in the car or any where. When you want carry it as a hand bag or a shoulder bag, you can fold it to the middle size. Q: How do you fold the trolley into like a bag? I can only zip half way and it looks weird

You should be able zip the bag all the way around and it will form like a tote
