The use of medicated foods is the only way to effectively treat internal disease. And under certain conditions using a single drug does not have the desired effect. Our Anti-Parasite Duo 1 mm Pellet combines metronidazole with praziquantel. This combination has shown to be more effective than using each on its own. Metronidazole is an anti-protozoan treatment and praziquantel is a broad spectrum deworming treatment. This combination covers a variety of parasites in the gut. Shown to treat hexamita, Malawi bloat, body slime, chilodonella, freshwater ich, epistylis, schistosoma, liver flukes, gill flukes, flat worms, tape worms and turbellarians. Treatment: Begin with a water change of 25% or greater. Then feed 1-2 times a day for 7-10 days. May be repeated if necessary. Can also use concurrently with Epsom Salt and elevated heat (86F/30C or higher) to clear out the gut more efficiently. Medicated pellets are made to order to ensure medication does not age sitting on our shelves and lose potency. Not intended for human consumption or use on fish intended as food or sport fish.

Completely Cleared Internal Parasites out of my Three-spot Gourami!
Around the end of December of 2019, I noticed my Three-spot Gourami's excrement was white and stringy, usually the sign of internal parasites in most fish species, I kept an eye on her over the following few days in which she started to appear stressed and losing color at this point I started looking for the best way to medicate food but I was hesitant to try it myself and instead decided to try this pre-medicated pellets which within about 10 days completely cleared out the Internal Parasites, I will continue to treat until the first of February.

Fish spit it out and won't eat it.
First of all the picture for the product shows brown pellets and I got green pellets, immediately making me wonder whether I got the right product or a defective or expired product.Still decided to give it a try. Fish spit it right out. I tried the next day without giving them any other food in between. They spit it out. I have angel fish, platys and a betta in different tanks, they all hate it. What good is medicated food if the fish won't eat it? Would not recommend.

Amazing!
Since this product does not include prime, i was worried that it wouldn’t ship fast enough. I wanted to start treatment right away because my betta was suffering from Gill flukes and it had gotten pretty bad to the point I didnt think he would make it. The product shipped way faster than I thought it would! Two days after using this, I already started seeing results. This stuff worked miracles! It has now been almost two weeks and so far no signs of parasites at all. I definitely recommend using this!

Effective medicated feed that works!
I bought this product on recommendation from my friend Michael... From Michael's Fish room! This product absolutely works it is easy to use and the fish will eat it with no problem. I wanted this product to keep on hand for emergencies and also for use when getting new fish and they go to the quarantine process!! I got the 1mm pellets and I had no problem feeding it to my very small guppies.. very effective product and I absolutely recommend!

The Fish Love It!
All my Tropical fish love this food, I was a little worried they wouldn’t eat medicated food and they absolutely love it! Peace of mind knowing I am able to get their deworming regimen done.
