Works great for my knee. The pills are easy to swallow.

I began to take these because I have many joint issues. I had been taking Glu/Condr. supplements. I cannot say if my joints are any different, perhaps because the other was fine so there is nothing to improve on that front :-) I still take OptiMSM and do think that helps as well, but I have not always continued the Glu/Condr. while on this product, so at least it does as well! HOWEVER, I think I am a bit "hooked" on this product because of another effect it seems to have on me. When I was reading some of the research on this product, many of those taking it said they experienced more "get up and go" on this product. I am still working through my skepticism, but it seems to have this effect on me. I get sluggish and tired and down't have a drive to accomplish a lot~ and I have a lot I need to accomplish! But when taking this, something seems very very different. I can go and go and go, and have the inner drive to want to keep going. I will forget to take it for a few days and notice I have slowed down. It takes me a couple more days to realize I've been off the supplement so I take it again and by the next day I am up and running again. Seems crazy, but just keeps happening. Anyone else have the same experience? Do wish it was less expensive though. :( Find just taking one a day (or two if I've forgotten for a few days!) is enough, so glad for that!

This product has been very helpful for my hip joint pain. Not only do I have less pain, but I am also experiencing better mobility. I agree with other reviews; I have more energy. I am able to be much more active. I do not experience a fish smell and have reordered the product twice.

Waiting to see results. Only been taking a few weeks but they are easy to take for me in the capsule form. I will take a couple bottles to see results, as my injurys did not occur overnight...I assume it may take a bit for results. Will try for 3 months for sure then assess.

Use it faithfully. Noticed less issues with my joints as I go to Zumba four to five times a week. High quality product that does the job.

Really works on sore joints swelling in knees was gone in three days . Doctors wanted to do knee replacement, I'm taking these instead,
