(BAD) First order sent with used box but product looked new.(GOOD) However, there were swirls (looked like made at manufacturing process). Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one.(BAD) That one also had few minor swirl marks (i installed that one).(BAD) There were no instructions.(BAD) The relay included was 2 pin. My motorcycle (2015 Suzuki Boulevard M109R BOSS) is a 7 pin. This relay did include instructions but it also asked to remove pins and modify which would be doable on maybe a gsxr 750 but the relay location would require removing battery assembly box and even then the relay input wires is not long enough to make the modification no way near easy. Therefore, i ordered another 7 pin relay for $12 from another seller and that worked fine.(BAD) after buying this, i did a search and realized i could have spent $45 vs the $75 with this transaction, there are other sellers selling at lower price (krator is one), looks like the same exact thing.(GOOD) even though there were no instructions and the relay was not made for my bike, after buying another relay and installing, the light seems to be working fine. I like the flashing 6x when i hit the brake. The integrated turn led to the elimination of the license plate bracket/turn signals and my bike looks a lot cleaner now.i do recommend the product but sellers need to reduce the price, include instructions, and include a 7 pin relay as well if the price won't change.
