Christopher Knight Home Silas Velvet Headboard, Queen / Full, Black / Black

I was torn between this black one and the blue one by this company but ended up getting the black. It looks super chic in person. The velvet is super soft and has a nice sheen to it. The nail heads aren’t cheap looking and goes well with the velvet material. It’s super easy to assemble as well. All you have to do is screw the legs onto the back of the board and then attach it to your platform or whatever frame you have. It does have some weight to it so you want to make sure it’s screwed in well. Certainly ask someone to hold one side while you attach the other side. I didn’t have help so it was a little hard to keep it steady. Other than that I haven’t had any problems with it and lots of ppl tell me they love it. So worth the money.

I selected this headboard out of many for the style and the price. When I saw 'Christopher Knight', I thought 'from the Brady Bunch' ? Yes, it's his company and product. Good job Mr Knight, my wife and I are both very satisfied with this headboard. It's so easy to assemble, my wife did it herself before I got home from work. The quality and styling are very nice.

This headboard looks super sleek! We attached to an adjustable metal bed frame that is headboard compatible. There was a little difficulty with assembly. It seemed to be a little too high to line up well with the part of our bed frame that you bolt the headboard to, but my boyfriend was able to figure it out. He kind of had to do his own assembly aside from the instructions so it’s a little loose fitting on our frame. This shouldn’t be an issue as it’s flat against the wall. Overall, it’s a great price for the style! It looks great. I’m so happy with it. If your bed frame doesn’t have a headboard, just get one! It makes any bed look so much better.

I know, you get what you pay for, and this was inexpensive and pretty. The workmanship if fine, and shipping was fast and it arrived well-packaged. My only problem with this is that the legs are adjustable in a way that allows for the headboard to slide down on one or both sides if you don't get the screw in tight enough. I torqued on these for quite a while, and then I would stand it up and one side would slide down an inch... My brother got involved then, torqued on it some more, and I think it's fairly stable now, although if I look at it for too long I swear the left side is a half inch lower than the right... A better design would have been designated holes instead of sliding slots for the attachment of the legs to the heardboard. All in all, it's pretty and I would very likely buy it again.

Overall, the headboard is almost perfect. The feel of the fabric is so soothing to the touch. But some of the studs were out of place which made it look cheap. It was difficult to realign the studs into the position that they should have been in. But it is a classy piece, and although I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars because I'm a bit OCD, I would purchase this product a second time.

It's not easy finding the right headboard and this was as close as I got, like 95% of what I wanted. I do wish it was a little lower so my pillows wouldn't slip back behind the bed but otherwise it's beautiful and damn sturdy.

I got this headboard because it was inexpensive. I got a new adjustable bed frame and just didn't think it looked right without a headboard. I didn't know how much I was going to love it when it came. It's beautiful and so soft and was very easy to assemble.

By far the most beautiful headboard I've ever owned, very easy to assemble. Only took me about 5 minutes!! I was a little skeptical at first when I ordered, but when I opened the box I fell inlove! Even comes with screws to attach to bedframe.

Beautiful Headboard, still perfect a year later. Very difficult to install alone though.

You need more washers when installing it. Otherwise it will pull away from the bed frame. Just set aside four extras ans you will be fine.

Totally love it. Came well boxed. No heavy for a lady to bring in. Totally easy to assemble if you know your right from left hahah.I put it on myself and it’s an awesome piece for the price. Fits on double or queen.. no rips no damage.. I’m actually impressed with this item 😊
