Great clean supplement
Love Viridian supplements, they are packed in glass bottles from dark glass which is hard to find. Like ordering them from Amazon as they deliver very fast!

Can cause a reaction
As much as I wanted to take this product, after a few hours I broke out in a red, bumpy rash all over my face. Shall try a weaker dose; this one was obviously too potent for me. But this is a good maker of vitamins, so shall find out if they make a weaker dose of B12.
