The only quirky thing is the delay in the audio when it automatically switches the audio between the PC dongle and phone's bluetooth. It would be nice if the audio from the PC didn't get interrupted when the phone's audio becomes active. I bought a second refurbed unit for my wife. The retail packaging was torn up back but the headset, cord, case, dongle, manuals were in great shape. Definately worth the savings compared to a new unit.

Almost perfect

A headset ahead of its time
Clear & comfortable. Bought for work & home. Hands free and can walk away from the phone without fear of being staticky or disconnected

Broke in less than a year
Up until a month ago, these were fantastic headphones. Unfortunately, the flimsy piece of plastic connecting the headband to the ear cups has snapped. The ear cup now just flops around untethered. For $130, I expected better! It is too late to return them. Be careful.

Poor design, worthless as a microphone
Hard to review much about this headset, as its basic design is so poor I didn't get to use it very much. The main problem in the mic arm is too short and angled in such a way as it is either sticking in your mouth or is too far away to pick up your voice. Really disappointing product, and not the first time I've had a problem with something from Jabra. I know they seem to get good reviews on Amazon and the tech sites, but I really don't understand why.

Jabra does corded headsets well NOT WIRELESS/cordless/Bluetooth
Horrible connection and i bought these for my telephone sales job. I had to go back to the corded jabra headset
