Q: what type of adhesive needs to be used? Does it come with the product?

You will need to use a clear oil-based varnish or plastisol ink for screenprinting to mix the powder with. Use a suitable oil-based thinner to get the correct consistency for the finished paint/ink when adding a lot of powder. The more powder the better the glow so experiment.
