I don't have daily problems with acid reflux but one out of ten times it feels like coffee can make the morning miserable and require a ranitidine pill for sure. These Energize tablets have worked great for me so far in getting up and about even though I'm far from a morning-person. These don't make me feel wide-eyed or overly alert like some energy drink have in the past but rather have simply removed that tired, sleepy, morning feeling. I haven't felt compelled to go over the box's suggested dosage of two supplements per day either, so I'd say it's definitely done the job for me. (I'm sure that in many cases one thing will work better for someone than another thing, but so far I would say that this has been more effective and drastically cheaper per serving than the assortment of energy shots I've tried so far, such as 5 Hour Energy or a RedBull Energy Shot.)

I tryed using one pill, and it had no effect. So I then tryed using two pills and still nothing. I like the idea behind this product however it just isn't effective at all. This is coming from someone that doesn't have much caffeine intake too...

These are great energy pills. Especially, if you dont want the shakes. I am not drinking any of the energy drinks. I heard some of them are bad for your teeth. So, I switched from the drinks to these pills, and I feel I made the best decision for myself and hopefully save all my teeth. Because Im pretty sure I will take something for an extra boost for a while. And I sure dont want to look like someone threw a gernade in my mouth, and end up looking like a jack-oh!-lantern when I smile. Ha! Ha!

This pill helps to stay awake, especially in the morning. Great stuff if one can not keep their eyes open early on.

It doesn't really feel like you get (at least I don't) all day energy from this...and I took the recommended 2 pills a day. Oh well, I think the 5 hour energy ones are better as far as providing stamina and energy. At least, with those you can tell it feels like you have more energy and your mood is elevated as well.
