Absolutely love this ! It’s spacious , heats fats, doesn’t make a mess ! It fried everything to perfect ! I bought this for Christmas for appetizers for 50 people ( I made crab wontons , eggrolls and shrimp wraps) I had everything done in 30 minutes.

This is my first deep fryer. I looked a a lot of them and decided on this one. I like that you can fry in side-by-side baskets of use the large basket. It holds about a gallon of oil. I have used ours about a dozen times, and have loved everything so far. The timer has to be on for it to work, and I like that as a safety measure in case I accidentally leave it on. It's handy the way the the heating element comes off the unit. That makes it easy to change the grease and wash the container. The handles come off the baskets to make storage easier.

We LOVE this fryer. I used to have a tiny little fry daddy I got as a hand me down and it spurted oil everywhere and was a hazard to be around. But this is so nice! It doesnt spurt oil everywhere and has multiple baskets and has a nice cover. I have an Autistic daughter with sensory issues and will only eat certain food made a certain way. With this she will now try fries at home instead of fast food fries that cost a lot and a few other new foods. (Hate that it's fried but hey a new food is a new food!) My only problem with it is that it's really hard to get really clean. It's easy to change the oil. A funnel in an empty oil container and you can easily dump the old used oil in the jug no problems. But there's always the little bits that don't go in the jug that you have to clean out. As it's pretty much pure oil dish soap doesn't work well with cleaning it. The inside you can just use a spatula to scrape out the little bits. But the oil builds up on the sides and on the lid and baskets and no amount of dawn dish soap and scrubbing gets it off. I'm not sure if it's dishwasher safe of not. The "filter" is a joke. Idk what they thought they were filtering. It's just a white scrubby feeling fabric that collects oil as well. I do recommend this fryer I just would say save your empty oil jug for when you need to change the oil and have a good cleaning strategy for oily things. EDIT: After having this fryer for a good while I still love it. BUT I need replacement filters for it and can't find them anywhere. Neither Amazon or Walmart have them. I emailed the company a few days ago and never heard back from them. Using it without the filters makes too much heat escape so it will burn your hand when you grab the handle. Cleaning the lid is a pain as the oil gets sticky and collects every hair and spec of dust in the air. You'll need a very good degreaser.

I love this fryer and it fries the prettiest chicken. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. My only concern is why don’t I have a fully covered lid for the oil so I just cleaned it out every day that I use it and place the oil in the old container.

I love this fryer! The double baskets make it easy to cook two foods at once. It heats up fast, fries evenly, and the food comes out crispy and delicious. Easy to clean and perfect for family meals. Highly recommend!

Very useful, spacious, practical for the whole family.

This has been my worst purchasing experience on Amazon thus far. Purchased this to help lighten thanksgiving prep. Set it up, and it did not work. I have a video reference for proof — where there is no lights, and no heat emitting from the source when plugged in. Contacted support, and most purchases would just refund or replace the item. However this one insisted a return as the only way to get my money back. I usually don’t return items for the hassle, but went forward anyway for the cost. My item is now delayed in transit to return and no updates have been applied. My refund is estimated to arrive another month from now. Product didn’t work and customer support was not accommodating. Just disappointing overall.
