Yes it is very expensive. As with nature sometimes you get random results. Sometimes the honey tastes a little different but that is dependent on what has happened that season. Sometimes my jar has been pretty crystallized, which I think some people are mistaking for “sugar”. Real, raw, absolutely natural honey will crystallize. I actually love the texture! It’s more like a candy that way but still the same honey. It even mentions on the jar that if you don’t like your honey that way simply soak the jar in warm water until it liquifies. But don’t over heat it or it defeats the purpose of the honey. I do hope I can afford another jar soon but I don’t want people to think they are putting sugar in the honey. I have had three jars so far and each were slightly different. Some with bee parts, some without. But each one was great quality.

Avid armchair apiculturist here. The quality, texture and taste of this honey is like nothing I have ever experienced. Highly recommended! Worth every penny.

the dosage for all honeys is minimum 1 table spoon. the dosage on the label is too low, and since more needs to be taken, the price is absolutely insane and ridiculous.
