Perfect pairing
This is a great peeler. I’ve used many other manufacturers and they all eventually fail. These hold up as do their other knives that we have.

Great for apples
Best peeler for apples. It doesn’t take off too much skin unlike my William Sonoma peeler. It’s light weight and super fast for peeling apples and other thin skin fruits.

Sharp! In a good way.
I love this peeler. After using basic straight cut standard peelers for years I bought this one. Now, no more dropping the potato or red beet because I have to push down so hard with the dull peeler that the veggie slips out of my hand. With this super sharp, serrated blade much less pressure is needed. Did I say it's sharp?! Watch your fingers. Absolutely worth it.

Looks like it should work
Super sharp blade. Designed “especially for tomatoes, pepperoni, and kiwi”, which I don’t recollect having been mentioned in the listing.I never peel tomatoes or pepperoni, and we don’t eat kiwi, so I hope it will work for taters and cucumber, etc.If not, I will update this review.

I have never been a fan of peelers choosing to use a paring knife instead, but recently received this as a gift from a friend. I was so impressed that I purchased one for my daughter! I recently bought the same brand of knives and am equally impressed with those as well.
