will it fit songlow Ls 01 series 9 x 9 x 25 cm

My JBL charge5 speaker is around 22cm long. I was checked case size, but it's only on 21-22cm long speakers. Not 25cm

Will this fit an lg xboom pl7?

It fits the charge 4 perfectly so unless its exactly the same dimensions I'd have to say no. If slightly smaller then it would rattle around in the case so I'd advise not to try

Is a shoulder strap included?

No there is no shoulder strap just a carrying handle.
