The ONLY curry you ever need!
I grew up eating this curry (well over 40 years). I remember always seeing this brand as the go to for my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. It has the best flavor, the value for the money is great and I hope my children and grandchildren continue to use this brand.

Best Curry Powder I've Tried. Great Value
Best curry I've tried, and I've tried almost a dozen different kinds (mea culpa as a curry connoisseur-snob)! Great to have this in value saving 3 Lb size as well. I tend to like eating healthy and meal prep at home, and curry just so happens to be quick and delicious to make — so I end up making *a lot* of chicken curry within a month or two. This saves trips to the store or re-buys on Amazon.I bought this brand on the recommendation of another reviewer — who stated he was a professional chef — and I got to tell ya, the flavor is WAY better than the McCormick (highest rated here on Amazon). The latter has a dusty, dry, nasty (almost salt-watery) taste to it when used in generous amounts. Lalah’s also beats the pants off any other (flavorless) organic or store bought brand I’ve tasted (Ranch 99, Kroger, Ralph’s, etc.).Salt listed as one the ingredients almost shied me away from this curry at first — since I'd prefer it not to have any, or at the very least to use sea salt (which comes from natural sources and has trace minerals) — instead of man-made, refined table salt. It is what it is…Thankfully, if you pay attention to the ingredients list, salt is listed as one of the very last ingredients, and the sodium content is still quite low in comparison to some of the curry powders without it; so that’s at least a consolation. It's barely noticeable to be quite honest, and still tastes very flavorful and natural. The aromatics are quite incredible, and this stuff really pumps up my boring dishes and makes them sing like chef creations. I will definitely be purchasing again once this giant tub runs out!

Spice just right !
Honestly, I only used this curry as an ingredient only a couple of times in my recipes. I thought the color, smell, taste and flavor was spot on. Price was great for the 3 lb container. However... don't take my word for it, just ask my stepdad. He's been eating curry all his life. Literally, just about every other day. I ordered him this brand and ever since then, he tells me to keep on ordering the same! To me that's speaks volume about the product. Just saying 😃
