I just got the batteries today 3/8/22 and these expire in 2031, so seems like there's a pretty good window on em so well worth the discount!

It doesn't currently mention in the description that these are in non-retail packaging. They came in a blank white cardboard box that requires the 4 layers of 5 batteries to be staggered in order to fit properly. The box was sealed with cheapo transparent tape (like old-school "cellophane" tape), and note that it's weak enough that it could break in transit and the batteries could spill out and roll around. I'm not saying whether or not that happened to me (Amazon does not approve product reviews that mention anything about the actual shipping experience on an order). These don't say anywhere on the batteries that these are indeed the Energizer Max with PowerSeal, but the little sticker on the white box indicates that they are. Price was about the same as the ones sold directly by Amazon, but the expiration date was better (per reviews of the Amazon-sold ones), at 12-2028. And these were made in the U.S. All the batteries tested at full charge.

I am glad to have received them for the Holidays. The batteries arrived on time and were exactly what I ordered. I like energizer batteries best because I can rely on them and I find they last longer than the other brand name batteries.

Been pleased with these and seems they are sold by Energizer which means you don't have to worry about all the out of date and/or fake energizer batteries being peddled here on Amazon. (Hint: When you see 50 name brand batteries for $20. probably something not right) No problems and seem to last as long as long as any others I've tried. Typically I use Rechargeable batteries but w/a gun safe that takes 12 of these and another one that takes 8 I like to change the batteries every year just to make sure things work as they should. 2 packs of these a year and I'm good.

The batteries worked for me. I feel I got a good deal and perhaps the reason people are having a problem with these is that they are not using the precise battery an E91. I'm not an expert on batteries, so I humbly do exactly as instructed and purchased as I was suppose to. They work though and that is all that I feel matters. Batteries are expensive to fool around with.
