ZUCKER Gothic Maleficent Style Fallen Angel Feather Wings Halloween Costume

They were perfect for my dark fairy costume. Real feathers and a lot of work went into these. I liked the black straps as opposed to the clear ones as they felt stronger.Tip: if your wings might be arriving close to time of your event, have some quick set super glue on hand. The outside edge of one wing, the front and back panels split apart a bit and just needed a bit of glue and a chip bag clip to hold together while setting. Also to feathers chad come off in the process of shipping and opening wings up. I would do anything touch ups after you open your wings up to where you want them.

These wings are very well made. A nice size. Big enough to look really cool but not so big where you knock everything over when you walk into a booth. I highly recommend these super fun wings.

The wings are beautiful with hints of emerald green. They started to come apart before I got a chance to wear them. Nothing I can't fix with some hot glue.

The quality is pretty good but for some reason, the feathers were clipped on the bottom edge of the wings. They were not full feathers as seen in the photo. They trimmed the bottom edge to make a perfect line. That's nice but I think it would look more natural if they had not done that and left the full feather tips in place.

I would've gave 4 or 5 stars if I didn't have to put the time to remove very noticeable glue residue from the hot glue gun or had to attach some feathers that were already loose in the packaging. I feel like the price was based more on the looks rather then for the quality. Besides that, the wings looked great for my maleficent costume. I went to Disney's Oogie Boogie Bash and they survived pretty well. I think the black horns at the tip would look cooler if it wasn't simply two pieces of fabric glued together, but that part is just a preference.

THE TIP OF THESE WINGS IS FELT AND FLAT, WILL BE ADDING SOME CLAWS ON THE TIPS TO MAKE THEM MORE REALISTIC. IF YOU WEAR THEM SPREAD OUT ITS GREAT. BUT IF YOU FOLD THEM TO WEAR THEM WHERE THEY STAND OUT THEY WIGGLE JUST A BIT. I HAD SOME FEATHERS FALL OFF BUT EASY FIX. WILL BE ADDING A TRIM ALONG THE CURVE OF FEATHERS AND SET THEM ON A STEEL ROD SO THEY SLIDE RIGHT DOWN MY BACK AND NESTLE IN MY CORSET.

These wings are pretty well made and look just like the photos. They have wire to adjust the angle and they stay where you put them. I used them for a bodypaint, the clear straps worked well once tightened.

Wings came in a HUGE box, which made me think they must be large, but they're a good size. Not too small, but not too large, either. The wings are flexible, so you can go through doorways without trouble. The -1 star is because the talons/horns aren't shaped 3D pieces; they're rather flat with fabric and wire.

This looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments. Only downside was one of the straps broke as I was dancing. So, probably 2 hours into my evening. I understand the benefit of the clear straps as it looks like the wings are real, but a replacement strap would've been awesome. I'm hoping I can tie the strap where it broke, maybe glue it as well and reuse the wings on another Halloween. But again, the wings themselves are gorgeous.
