Great belt. Should have jumped on it sooner.
This is a solid belt. I have a heavy duty Inzer leather belt for big lifts and for everything else I was using a 10+ year old TKO belt that I don't think they even make anymore. While I had no serious issues before, I have felt so much more comfortable and stable with this new belt. I've also tried Rogue's cheaper velcro belt and didn't feel too secure in it.I have a shorter torso so the thinner sides are easier on my hips. I do a mixture of lifting including crossfit, and powerlifting. For powerlifting and olympic lifting training , this is great for everything except maybe the heaviest lifts. For crossfit, it's a little mixed as the belt is extremely comfortable but not as quick to adjust as a regular one strap belt. If a workout included something like heavy cleans and some more core focused work, the belt would take a second to adjust or take off between the two exercises. I can otherwise leave it on between most varieties of workouts. I still can't fault the belt as it isn't designed to be taken on and off quickly.Build quality seems great so far. You'd think a fabric/velcro belt with varied thickness might have some give but it provides great support. Having the initial velcro inside to fit plus the second outer loop feels very secure.I hate to spend this much for another item to add onto the equipment pile but I do see myself getting a lot of use from this belt. If you're on the fence, you should know this is a solid belt and worth the money. I'll update immediately if I should ever feel otherwise.

My go to belt!!
Needed a new weight belt since my old one was getting small… well because.. Quarantine weight happened. Tried to go with another brand just to try something new, but I have to say, If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Didn’t like the new one from a competing brand I bought. It didn’t fit well, pushed up against my rib cage causing discomfort, and didn’t seem to support me as well. So I just returned itWent back to get this beauty! The color is amazing (had an all black one previously), fits well, is supportive, and does the job. Can’t wait to break this in and PR!

Great tool for the kit
This is a good Velcro belt, for powerlifting, strength and functional training. Excellent choice for people like me who prefer no belt, but am getting older and want to keep doing compound exercises safely , so searched for something with basic support that doesn’t restrict movement. So far it’s been great for cleans and snatches as the waistline is not bulky and the bar does not catch. For the price, quality has been great so far, after a few months of use, 4-5x/week. Size down if you’re on the fence, I’m 32-33 and the small is perfect, with a little room both ways.

Great product
I have been using Schiek since 2015 and it is really very helpful when lifting weights and protects my back even at home. I bought one for my wife and she loves it

Good Lifting Belt
I have used it a couple of times now, for deadlifts and squats, and it does what it is suppose to do, hold your stomach in and create pressure on the abdomen. The Velcro closures give plenty of adjustability. I am a 33 waist and the medium fits just fine. I am 65yo and only returned to lifting when I retired, so safety is my first priority at my age.Shipping was fast and product seems to be manufactured well. I also like the idea it was made in the USA. Very Pleased.

Great Belt! Supportive!
The media could not be loaded. I dont have much to compare this to but it’s made my ability to begin doing heavier squats and deadlifts simpler by giving me counter pressure to help with breathing to brace my core. It’s helped tremendously with support. I was told to stay away from Velcro but this is great. The extra belt system is easy to cinch and easy to loosen so I’m not gasping for a deep breath lol. The tapered sides makes it more comfy. Not too stiff but definitely not floppy. 10/10 would recommend.

Comfortable fit and last forever
We have a small gym in our warehouse and we do (recreational) power lifting. I now own every size of this model of belt from Small to 2XL and everyone likes them. I like the ability to get fine-tune the tightness with the velcro in order to vary the amount of support for different lifts. I have never tried the leather belts but I'm sure they work fine too. I have used the same belt 3 times a week for 9 years and the velcro still holds. This order was for new lifter.

Essential
Quality lightweight to midweight belt can be worn throughout entire workouts without annoyance. Only gripe is the sizing they do come up big. The problem I have is I used to be a strongman and now I'm preparing to compete as a bodybuilder I still can't quite fathom buying anything under an xl I ordered medium after much measuring and deliberation and it's ok but when I drop the next inch will be useless I currently measure 32 around navel pulled tight. I should have listened to other reviewers saying size down but like I said I haven't quite got used to being lean yet. This belt is a solid investment for anyone doing any form of strength training personally though I would use a prong belt for maximal lifts not because you can't trust this belt I just feel the conical shape leaves me feeling a little exposed around the obliques and if I'm going for a 1 rep max I like feeling like an anaconda is about to devour me.
