DEPOM30-1901P-US2 Replacement Tail Light Set (This product is an aftermarket product. It is not created or sold by the OE car company)

I just got these delivered earlier this week. They were well packed (double boxed) and delivery was prompt. They looked good out of the box...pretty much just like the "Smoke" black color on the product page pic. Should mention my set came with no instructions whatsoever. I know it should be straightforward but, other brands have noted that the wire harness should go in a certain way.Anyway, took off one of my OEM tail lights & installed the new Depo so I could compare brightness in the daytime. There are two wiring harnesses in the OEM light. The upper one contains the bulb for the backup light. That goes into same location on the Depo (Note: there is a white sticker over the hole to remove). The bottom OEM harness has a slotted bulb to remove - just take the bottom harness on the Depo and push it into that empty bulb slot.Since there were no instructions, I didn't know which way to turn that slot. But, the wires were color-coded exactly the same on both sides...so it didn't seem it would matter. Whole thing only took 10 minutes or so. The Depo led was actually brighter than the OEM tail light. Although the small leds look "clear" they are red when lit.One reviewer mentioned problem with removing screws as tailgate support is in way. That support just lifts up and off when you depress the metal tab that locks in on. The screws are 8mm. The new DEPO light does fit slightly tighter than the OEM which is a good thing (IMO) as it seals better. You just need to tap the top in a little with your hand & hold while installing the top screw.I really like the look on my truck which is burgundy with black trim. At night they are really much brighter than the OEMs. Checked turn signals, brakes, backup lights, and all work OK so far. The Depos have resistors in the harness so they are not supposed to affect other electronics in your truck. So far, all is good. If something changes, I will add-on comments and update the review as needed.

They were a perfect fit just what I was looking for.

Bought these tail lights to replace my stock ones on a 2006 ford f150 STX flareside, and I have to say that they look great (provided you have a dark colored truck since the lights have a black bezel).Pros:1. They look great and function flawlessly.2. Easy to install (took all of about 10 minutes). Some of the other reviews mentioned that the top 8mm screw for each tail light was tough to get to, I was able to easily remove this by simply lifting the tailgate up about 2/3 of the way and resting it on my chest, this exposes the top screw. Once you pop the old tail lights off, remove the brake light bulb and plug in the LED wire (doesn't seem to have any polarity, so you can just plug it in any which way). The reverse light hooks up as is. I tested mine by turning on the hazards before actually putting it all back together.3. At night these are really bright when stepping on the brakes.4. These tail lights were individually packed (double boxed), and shipping was fast. I did have a minor issue with the seller giving me the wrong tracking number, but that was resolved promptly.Cons:1. Just have one con really, and that is the lack of sealing on the lights. I installed them, and the next day I washed my truck and noticed that the passenger side tail light was getting fogged up with condensation. In order to fix this, I removed the tail lights, got some marine silicone RTV (clear), and sealed up the edges of the tail light, left them overnight to dry, and then re-installed them. Sprayed them again the next day and they are no longer fogging up. Was a pretty simple fix, however it does require some time and patience on your part. I would highly recommend sealing these up before installing them (minus 1 star for this, because for the price I expect these to be sealed properly).

ordered these for my 05 stepside and once they were on and hooked up, which was very easy, they looked great!! the LEDS are bright even in direct sunlight and the 4 LEDS and the side add a nice look. would definitely recommend if you want to add that LED look to your truck. Love them!** also, the picture looks like the reflectors are purple but they are red, if anyone was wondering.

The light didn't fit perfectly ,but with a little elbow grease it fit right in. The reverse bulb was a little to get in too, but it went in too. They look damn good.

These do NOT fit 05' f150 , as others have experienced the amoazon vehicle match feature was wrong again. these are apparently for a newer truck and i am getting very tired of returning items. I live in a small town that the ups office has very limited hours so returns are a hassle. i really wanted these for my truck but this is the 2nd part i have recieved this week that i can't use first was a "crushed" window regulator for a different vehicle and now this....becoming a part time job returning items.I am going to see if a coworker wants to buy these otherwise it's back to ups....bummer**UPDATE** after doing some research these are only for flareside pick ups i believe they fit an 04-08 flareside f150

LED tail lights with built-in relays for the turning lights. Fits well in the flareside type F150 year 05-08.The LEDS are bright.I also installed a red LED fog bulb and white LED reverse bulb.Price for these quality Depo lights are reasonable.

They look nice but beware.. the housing isn't sealed properly. Moisture builds up in them and mine started to fog up the second day.

Installed on 2008 F150 FX2 Flareside/Stepside box. These do not fit the regular Styleside box. 20 min job. Built in resistors, no cruise control issues. Really dressed up the back of the truck.

Looks good but plug will not fit a 2007 f 150 I had to cut the plug out and figure the wires out

Flareside parts are hard to find this tail light is a good change , price is good and the tail light makes a good change to the looks of my truck
