Good recipes in this book. Lighter and easier on the waste line! You can mix up the recipes to make it more traditional or even make them more heathier.Good book for anyone who loves Italian food but wants to keep the pounds off!

I gave this as a gift and she made a dish from the book - the food was great. The cookbook also has great pictures and a good selection of recipes. I am going to buy this for myself.

The recipes all look delicious! I didn't notice any strange ingredients. It has beautiful pictures throughout! I haven't tried anything yet, but plan to soon!

No matter how much you enjoy cooking (and eating!) pasta, after a while you run out of ideas to make it really interesting while still keeping it healthy. This volume from the Cooking Light collection is probably the best I've ever seen. It's a pleasure to read. The photographs of the prepared recipes are gorgeous. The information is both detailed and interestingly presented. The beginner and the expert will find this book to be an inspiration.Highly recommended!
