Behringer XLIVE X32 Expansion Card for 32 Channel Live Recording/Playback on SD/SDHC Cards and USB Audio/MIDI Interface

This card should just be included with new X32s to begin with. I bought this so I could record our band's rehearsals for review of song arrangements between rehearsals. Installation couldn't be simpler. I have the SD cards on order so we'll see how it goes. From what I've read it works perfectly. As others have indicated, this card only gives you bulk record capabilities. It doesn't turn your X-32 into a DAW. Punch in/outs, overdubs, etc. are not doable with this card. But really, you should be doing that in your DAW anyway. This card just makes it easy to capture the audio, and tag it so you can edit it down later in your DAW, which suits my use case just fine. I did not add the CR123A battery backup in the card because I have the mixer on a battery backup power supply. Plus it's not mission critical if the recording didn't complete correctly because of a power outage. That would be the least of my concerns on a live gig.

At first, I had a little trouble connecting it and the next day I actually was going to return it, but I tried it one more time and it worked perfectly and has been working perfectly every since.

If your looking at this you should know what it does and doesn't do already. I can say if you down reading reviews, it works great and easy to install and use.

Awesome tool for live recording on M/X32 consoles. Setup instructions difficult to follow. After a simple installation, it took me over an hour to get a something recorded that I could play back due to the patching options.

Returned as card was DOA and X32 could not recognize. Seated properly but only red light. Will order a replacement and cross my fingers

Should have come with lithium battery

Wir haben uns die X-Live Karte gekauft um nicht immer den Laptop zu Bandproben mitschleppen zu müssen sondern einfach schon alles bereit stehen zu haben. Wir nutzen sie aktuell als Playback (Klick, multitracks) und falls mal nicht alle da sind, können wir den fehlenden Musiker einfach per User In von der Karte auf seinen normalen Eingang routen. Funktioniert einwandfrei! Leider ist kein gleichzeitiges Playback und Recording möglich, das wärs noch aber trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Aunque es una buena herramienta de trabajo, yo en este caso no puedo opinar porque tuve problemas de funcionamiento. Lo q si se seguro q este tipo de herramientas hay q comprarlos pos seguridad en sitios especializados en ello.
