It’s my secret ingredient that I keep to myself because everyone loves how my Boston butts turn out. I won’t share it with others since every good barbecue has that one secret ingredient. Enhances your smoked meat
We bought this to smoke a turkey breast, it was a little sweeter than I expected, i mixed mine with chicken broth. The turkey was soo good! It is granules that you have to mix with a liquid.
