Engineered Now The Original Headrest for The Herman Miller Aeron Chair Headrest ONLY - Chair Not Included (H3 for Remastered, Mineral)

While it seemed strange to spend about 10% of the Aeron chair's lofty price for just a headrest I'm glad I did. This headrest has really improved my computer work productivity and body posture by keeping my head in alignment with the computer screens. It is very comfortable to now sit up perfectly straight while at my desk...previously I didn't realize how much I was hunching forward, ruining my posture, and sometimes getting fatigued. It is easy to install this headrest (instructions are clear) and the product quality seems to match that of Herman Miller, including the Mineral color and fabric. My Aeron chair (purchased new in 2022) is the Remastered model which this headrest is intended for. Bottom line: If you have a recent-model Aeron chair this headrest is truly worth another 10%.

Ever sleep with pillows that were too high and get excruciating neck pain the next day? That is what it’s like using this headrest. If you’re short using this on a Herman Miller size A it just does not conform correctly to your head and neck regardless of how you try to adjust it. Super disappointed because the build quality seems to be great, it matches the material of my aeron perfectly but unfortunately it just does not work for my body. It keeps my neck and head constrained to one uncomfortable position that makes my head jut forward because of how large it is, so after hours of use my neck is just killing me that the chair is more comfortable without it. Such a bummer because this is an expensive item for what it delivers.

Well made must-have accessory for Aeron chairs. Installation was quick and easy. Adjustable positions (tilt up/down, forward/backward) and adjustable tension provide great neck/headrest support which is missing in Aeron chairs. Construction, color and materials (Carbon & Mineral) are closely matched and almost identical to OEM. Had this headrest accessory on multiple Aeron chairs for many years and no issues so far.

I bought the Herman Miller Aeron chair for my daughter (which she loves) but it did not come with a headrest. Fortunately this manufacturer sells the matching headrest to this great chair! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because we have not been able to use it yet

Installation is easy and the headrest is solid/robust once in place. It uses a clamp with a M6 cap screw (comes with an extra cap screw for size A Aeron chair) to increase clamping force. The mesh isn’t as tight as the mesh on the chair, but it’s sufficient and comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the material and build quality. Aesthetically, it looks as if this is OEM from Herman Miller.

It fits my chair very nicely I like it the way it supports my neck and head very easy to install seems to go with the chair very nicely I recommend this

Mine was defective the mash dried up and tore it off within a year. Have filled out their online support and warranty form will update review if the issue is resolved. See pictures attached.

This thing is SO nice... It works well and what I received is of really high quality. I've adjusted it several times without any issue and it fit my 6'2 hight just fine on an Aeron Remastered, Size C. Of course, I was careful to install it nice and centered and didn't CRANK the bolt. No need... just make it nice and tight, adjust it a few times over the next couple days to feel it out. And there ya go! One more thing, I have a fully mineral colored chair 2018 model and the H3 Mineral is a perfect match. The only thing they could improve on is the look of the mechanism. It's just a little busy for the Aerons simplicity up top. But something for future iterations.

Its a great product - however I don't use it as much as i thought i would and due to my unorthodox sitting positions - I find my head often hitting the plastic edges. The Aeron chair i have is less than a year old - and the colours match well - although the headrest is a little TOO white in the weave but its not perceptible unless your staring directly at the two - looking for the differences. Quality product but I feel it could be cheaper

I'm not sure why others have written negatively of this product. It's a close fit for the colour (mineral) and was just moments from the box to fit. It's very high quality, solid feeling, and high comfort. I don't send many reviews but thought some on here were far off what I've seen and experienced. Thank you
