I liked how substantial this pan feels, and the mirror-like stainless steel finish was really beautiful when it came. It was very nice to use, heated evenly, and the surface came clean easily but now looks slightly cloudy. I may try a little soak in vinegar to try to bring that perfect shine back. Overall, I am very satisfied, and the pan might've been heated up too hot on its first use - or it could be that our hard water is at least somewhat to blame for the cloudiness.

I figured it wouldn't be too much to ask — especially for $70 — if I expected a pan that sat flush on the stove, but the bottom is warped and all of my food cooks unevenly. It looks nice, but I'm very disappointed.

Great quality, good weight and sturdy. Used this today to brown butter and the heat distribution is amazing. No hot spots at all!! I'm so impressed that I will be ordering more of this brand. Wish I would have ordered the set of 3. The only thing negative I have to say is that the packing was horrible. It was wrapped in plastic and shipped in a box. No packing material at all. I'm surprised that it didn't arrive bent or warped. Very pleased with the quality though.UPDATE: I have fried pancakes and eggs in this skillet. No sticking and even browning. Superb! It is now my go-to skillet. It's easy to clean because food does not stick. Highly recommend.

Everything sticks to these pans and they are pricey! Not worth it.Extremely disappointed.

Treated the skillet before use (per instructions), then fried eggs in it & they stuck to the bottom even with using Crisco. I don't recommend them!

I was a little concerned about spending this much money for three frying pans but after using them for a few days they are so worth every penny. They fry everything beautifully--make perfect fried eggs and bacon, don't leave black marks on my glass top range--like my other cheap frying pans and wash up so easily--unlike my supposedly non-stick frying pans. These are the worst frying pans I have ever owned. I thought buying expensive top of the line cookware would be better than buying way less expensive no stick frying pans. I was wrong, everything you cook in these pans sticks and is extremely hard to clean.

I bought it to prepare breakfast meals. I like the fact it doesn't have a coating to scrape or chip but it would be nice if they included directions on how to prepare the stainless steel prior to using it.
