I bought this when our old TV died. I didn't want to remove/replace the old mount and while searching for a new TV I was careful to try to match the VESA pattern to the old mount. But somehow, (user error?) I ended up with a mismatch. Rather than buy a new mount, I purchased this highly compatible adapter plate. Absolutely solid material. No fear of failure. Super easy to install on the TV first. Numerous VESA patterns to match models. Highly satisfied.

I needed 400x300. However, in response to some of the other reviews, here is my experience: There was no missing mounting hardware. It appears to be new. The nuts are correct (not lock nuts). The mounting bracket seems of good quality and definitely strong enough to mount 100lbs. All the holes lined up exactly. I couldn't do a 400x300 since this does not work for me, but the 400mm lined up and all of the holes on my mount matched up.

Worked perfectly to adapt a 42" LG C4 OLED TV to a normal VESA mount monitor arm I had on my desk previously supporting a 34" Ultrawide monitor. Easy to install, a lot of installation hole pattern options so it should help fit a heck of a lot of TV's within the size it supports. The build quality and parts it came with seem to be pretty good. It's mostly a single plate of metal so screwing that up would be.... Bad lol. Bang for the buck it's an all around good solution option after having to browse around for a bunch that didn't quite have the hole patter I needed to fit my TV+ARM.

Tworked perfectly for mounting my LG CX48. The metal is a little on the thin side, but it still did the job without any issues. The mounting process was straightforward, and once installed, the TV feels secure. If you’re looking for an affordable adapter that gets the job done, this is a solid option. Just keep in mind that the metal isn't super heavy-duty, so it’s best for smaller setups or light-to-medium use.

This TV mount adapter worked perfectly to convert my 200x400 mount pattern to 200x200. It was very easy to assemble, took approximately 10 minutes for total installation. It has a broad range of mounting hole patterns. I highly recommend, great value and works as advertised.

Great piece. Worked for making the mount i had work for the inlaws. The new cheap qd6 has a house space and they had long enough bolts and spacers for it to work. I ordered a second mount and won't need it now as I was thinking no way but yes way. Works and took care of the issue for 200x400. Great product and parts included. Flush mount bolts for the mount to mount contact on TV. Do need a small socket or wrench for the nylock nuts used.

The product works as described and is excellent. I'm leaving one star because Amazon shipped out a return with a destroyed box and missing needed screws/nuts. I'd recommend buying somewhere else. They shipped a new one that came fine but that's 1 out of 3 mounts this week that was actually new in the box.

This bracket to mount our large TV on the wall was perfect for the job. It wasn't hard to install, but is definitely easier with two people to get the screws lined up while the other person holds the TV. I don't think this is a one person job. It went very quickly and our TV is securely mounted to the wall and we are able to adjust it too. We would buy again if we get another TV.

Worked great on my application. Still holding up a 42" to VESA monitor arm... No Issues! Little pricey for what it is but it worked perfectly.
