How many watts average and max power will I gain from wearing these?

I conducted an experiment on my way to my dentistry practice and found there were 4.20 watts gained on my Sir Velo

Can you buy interchangeable lenses for them?

Yes. Very easy to interchange. Quick google search for videos.

Why are there no Sutro polarized? Need to see drivers clearly through the windows.

I think I read Oakley designed the frame for biking and they found polarized lenses did not provide the best type of optics for the sport. Not sure why or anything about it though.
