GDFStudio Outdoor Teak Finish Chaise Lounge with Cream Water Resistant Cushion (Set of 2)

Served us great for continued outdoor use in socal - for 3 years. The lounge frames other than the expected sun exposure lightening (we didn't do anything to treat the wood) have held up well, but the cushions that come with it started deteriorating in the 3rd year. The cover itself literally opened up to expose the foam underneath and being somewhat thinner to begin with, the foam isn't feeling cushy after the first few years. Don't mind buying the replacement cushions, but after some time, the cushions alone now cost more than what we bought the chair and cushions together, for, 3 yrs later. waddya do. inflation. Still, we are glad we bought these, they look great and once we get new cushions, will go another 3 with heavy summer use each year.

Item is exactly as described. Assembly was easy, no tools required, but is best for two people. Sturdy construction, large and comfortable. The cushions will definitely show dirt easy as an outdoor piece. I imagine this will last for many years.

These lounges look nice and aren’t too difficult to assemble. However, this type of wood furniture always seems to have at least one piece that is too soft to hold the screw. For what these cost, I expected a little better quality. I’m hoping they last at least a couple of years, and am pretty sure I will have to make some repairs to them in that time.

The teak itself is sturdy and seems ok....the problem I have with the chaise lounges is the fabric and inner foam quality. My chairs are exactly one year old. In preparation for summer I made the fatal mistake of unzipping the covers and washing them. FIRST, the cushions fell apart , SECOND, the covers turned into what looked like "kite string" after a low temp, mild machine wash. LAME. I called GDF Studio to see if they would stand behind their product and possibly send some new cushions ...the answer was NO.Now, if price wasn't $200 per chair I wouldn't complain, you get what you pay for, right? But c'mon, they weren't super cheap price wise. Oh well....that'll be my last purchase from these lames. GDF Studio.....don't put zippers on your shitty covers if you're expecting someone not to wash them......

I've had these for a month now, they're very comfortable and holding up well in sun and rain. Would buy again.

Beautiful lounge chairs! They stay pretty clean looking despite their light color and being outdoors. I’m just disappointed that the back “X” panel on one of them broke within weeks - I’m currently asking the seller for a replacement back panel. The customer service was great last time I purchased from them, so I’m hopeful that it will be replaced.
