Get it, just order the regular size.
Great shirts! Don’t order the Long/Tall unless you’re over 77” tall. I ordered the long/tall first and returned it for a regular size. I’m 72” tall, wear a size Medium in most shirts. This shirt is the perfect length in regular sizing and will stay tucked all day. I took my picture in the long/tall and held my fingertips at my belt. Regular size comes 8” below belt.

sizes don't equal what you really need go up 2 sizes
4XL is like 3XL but still too shortwhatever size you need, go 2 sizes biggerIf you have a GUT, as in being fat, or more circumference around the stomach, NOT your hips, then these need to go up 2 sizes over what you think you needreturning 8 of them different colorsTOO SMALL

Real good shirt once I figured out the sizing
Review update: This shirt in a large fits me like a Dickies medium. I now have four of these shirts and I prefer them over other short sleeve work shirts. They are light weight and appropriate for Texas summers. You can wear them right out of the dryer with no ironing and the top snap button is handy. Returns on this item are a hassle so my advice would be to order one for sizing, then order more.

Great shirt
My husband loves these shirts. They hold up very well and handle all sorts of stains that are easy to remove. The starch does take a long time to break down so for the men that do not wear an under shirt it may rub your nips raw. My husband loves these compared to the other brand because they breath very well since they are thin but that does not stop the structural integrity of the shirt. He is a mechanic/fabricator so they hold up great to weld splatter and grinder sparks. Those also embroider and heat press very nicely.

Not for average to slim build.
This could be a great for the price work shirt for those that are not very slim. I am about 6' and 195lbs and the Large size fits perfect in the shoulders and arms but is HUGE in the middle. Looks like I am 25lbs heavier due to all the extra material in the middle/lower portion of the shirt puffing out. If they had a slimmer fit I would buy a dozen for work. If you are of a thicker build, this is a great shirt for the price.

Nice Light Weight Short Sleeve Work Shirt
These are nice work shirts. The reason I purchased these were the open pockets with no flap and they have a slight taper on the sides of the tail. Which, I prefer when wearing un-tucked. The other brand has boxed tail (no taper) with flaps on the pockets and is made with a little heavier material.than these. I have several on them but these had a couple different options that I wanted to try. The price on these were great and just like the other brand they come out of the dryer pretty much wrinkle free and the are color-fast with no fading. I have recommended to friends and will purchase again.

These are my work shirts now
These shirts are great in my opinion. My closet it full of a variety of Red Kap button down colors / styles. They fit well. I typically wear a 2xl tshirt but I order these in xl. If you're not sure how it will fit, order one and give it a test drive. Then modify future orders as needed. This brand is all I wear to work now. Oh, and i wouldn't call them "industrial" though. I can't imagine that they would stand up long term to significant abuse.

Doesn't fit across my shoulders
Their "large" is really a medium. I'll try again with their XL,---------------------------------------------------------------------Okay when I got the correct size I can rate it. The material seems lighter than an equivalent Dickies shirt.I'm a bachelor and when I get the clothes home from the laundromat I put down the laundry basket and eventually get around to piling the underwear and rolling the socks. Ironing. Always a little too much. Procrastinate. Wait. One shirt a day.Time to simplify. I decided to get 65% polyester work shirts in a variety of colors. I gave my troublesome cotton shirts to charity. (I saw a homeless man just the other day now wearing one of them.)I told my brother about it and that I was going to try some Red Kap shirts because of the variety of colors. He said Red Kap was his favorite brand for work shirts. One tip from a friend: If you wear Navy Blue and go shopping in Walmart, people will ask you where items are because they will mistake you for a Walmart employee.
